Q. Can I use fireworks whenever I like?

A.Yes and No. You can use fireworks every day of the year between the hours of 7am and 11pm, except on Bonfire Night (midnight), Diwali, New Year, and Chinese New Year (1am).

Q. How Should I store my fireworks once I receive them and before I use them ?

A.Your fireworks will come securely packaged in boxes, please do check through your order and take a look at your amazing pyro however we recommend putting them back in the boxes and storing them in a safe and dry place such as a garage away from any damp.

Q. How and where do I set them off ?

A. Always read the instructions on the box. The following is only a brief guide.

Spectators and firers should be the recommended safe distance from the display,

Rockets are attached to sticks and what goes up must come down. The stick will land somewhere so ensure you have enough clear space.

Look out for obvious problems/obstacles like overhead cables, nearby livestock, nearby combustible materials etc.

Large boxes and single ignitions fireworks should be placed flat on the ground and where possible made secure so they can’t move. If you are in any doubt if you can safely set off the fireworks then please seek further advice.
