Unfortunately there will be some addresses for which we can't source transport. We will advise anyone affected asap after their order is processed and full refund will be given and order cancelled.
Collection from our Store is FREE. Please make contact with us to arrange a suitable date and time. Our Store is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
(Mon – Fri 8am – 8pm, Sunday 9am – 6pm)
Within 1 week from date of order. We will advise if different with option to cancel.
Delivery Details: Please try to order in plenty of time. If your display is in a few weeks time, put the date that you need your fireworks by in the comments box during checkout. If the comments box is empty, orders will be processed and dispatched in the order they are received. We send an email or SMS text (if you use your mobile number when checking out) when you order has been dispatched outlining when to expect your delivery. If you don't receive this email within 5 working days of your display, please call or email us to check your order is on it's way.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to guarantee delivery for a specific day or time. Any dates entered in the comments box will be treated as the latest date you would like your fireworks delivered. Providing your order is placed using our normal delivery guidelines we guarantee to deliver ON OR BEFORE this date.
ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE SIGNED FOR
Legally fireworks have to be signed for by someone over 18 and identification may be required.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or not old enough, our courier will usually leave a card for you to get in touch to arrange a redelivery. Please note that we have to pay the full delivery charge for each attempted delivery so please try to ensure that there is someone available to sign for the fireworks. We reserve the right to charge the redelivery fee.
We try to keep the stock availability on the web site up to date but sometimes a product may be out of stock. If this happens we will endeavour to contact you to find a suitable alternative. If we have to substitute an item it will be with one of equal or greater value.
Damaged Goods. If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time so we can arrange for the items to be replaced and collected.
